At ALO Indonesia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium performance wear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Drop Off or Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home pickup.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
